中国奶牛养殖业产生的废弃物已经成为农业污染的主要源头。建立健全的奶牛养殖业污染防治法律体系和规范,切实有效降低奶牛养殖业对环境所造成的污染,势在必行。本文简述了美国奶牛养殖业的发展概况,重点分析和归纳了美国奶牛养殖场废弃物污染防治的重要法律法规,最终对中国奶牛养殖业污染防治工作提出了政策建议。
Abstract：Waste pollution due to dairy farming has become a major source of agricultural pollution.It is necessary to establish a sound legal system and standards,effectively reducing the pollution caused by dairy cattle.This paper briefly introduced the development of the U.S.dairy industry,and then,reviewed and analyzed the important policy,laws and regulations related to waste prevention during dairy farming,and ultimately discusses policy implications on how to prevent pollution during dairy farming in China.
