国际有机农业运动联盟(IFOAM)的有机生产和加工基本标准(IBS)是世界各国政府、民间有机产品标准制定机构及认证机构制定有机产品认证标准的基础,了解和掌握IBS各版本及其发展规律,可以适应并预测全球有机农业运动的发展,并了解国际有机产品标准的变化,从而为中国有机产品标准的制定或修订提供参考,为中国有机农业事业与世界有机农业运动接轨奠定基础。
