研究阐述了欧盟在畜禽养殖废弃物管理方面采取的有效措施和先进的生态补偿经验,结合中国在规模化畜禽养殖废弃物管理方面存在的不足,得出合理规划布局大中型畜禽养殖场、尽快配套制定畜禽废弃物管理的政策法规、加强宣传培训和教育等方面的启示,为中国构建完善的规模化畜禽养殖业管理体系,促进该行业的可持续发展提供参考。
