统一有机认证产品的来源国效应分析——以进口牛奶为例

摘要:

随着国际贸易的不断发展,中国市场上进口有机食品的来源国与认证种类越来越丰富。认证与来源国是重要的质量线索,但目前尚无学者基于统一有机认证体系探究食品的来源国效应。本文基于338份消费者微观调研问卷,分析发现,对于同样来自欧盟有机认证体系的食品,消费者更偏好来自德国生产的有机牛奶,而对意大利生产的有机牛奶偏好程度较低。模型的交互效应显示,对食品来源国信任程度高的消费者更偏好来自该国的有机产品,即消费者的来源国选择偏好与其对该来源国的信任相关。

Abstract:

With the rapidly development of international trade,more and more organic food with different countryof-origin,and various organic certifications come into Chinese market.As two important quality cues,there is no studies analyzing the country-of-origin effect on organic food consumption with the same organic certification.Based on 338 surveyed questionnaires,firstly,the paper finds that Chinese consumers prefer organic food with European organic certification from Germany,and they prefer less organic food from Italy.Secondly,compared with Chinese organic certification,consumers prefer foreign organic certifications.Thirdly,the interactions result show that consumers with high-level country-of-origin confidence prefer organic food from related country-of-origin.Thus,the country-of-origin effect on organic food with the same organic certification is related to consumers' confidence on food's country-of-origin.
