欧盟农药再登记是在管理要求和科学技术发生变化的情况下,以保证所有已批准农药不断满足管理要求与登记标准。本文介绍了欧盟开展有效成分和植物保护产品再登记的法律依据、再登记标准、周期和工作流程,并对欧盟再登记与美国登记再评审进行比较分析。
Abstract：Renewal of authorization of pesticide in EU ensures that all authorized pesticides meet regulatory requirement and authorization standard continuously in case of the administration policy and scientific technology were changed.Renewal of authorization for active substance and plant protection product in EU,from Act basis,renewal duration and work schedule,was introduced in the articles.The comparison between EU renewal of authorization and U.S.registration review was analyzed.
