作为数字农业的一种新业态,农产品电商有助于促进小农户有效衔接大市场、加速三产融合与产业集聚进程,对中国式农业现代化有着重要意义。中国逐渐构建起农产品电商产业政策体系,推动农产品出村进城,助力农业产业升级和农民增收。尽管取得不错成就,农产品电商发展仍存在产业基础不强、三产融合不畅及不充分不均衡等问题。鉴于此,应加大农产品电商产业基础投入、壮大农产品电商主体、促进产业深度融合、探索区域扶持政策,进而为推进农业农村现代化、实现乡村全面振兴提供支撑。
Abstract:As a new form of digital agriculture, agricultural product e-commerce contributes to facilitating the effective connection between small farmers and large markets, accelerating the integration of fundamental, secondary, and tertiary industries as well as the clustering process of agricultural industries, which hold great significance for the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture. China has gradually established a policy system for the agricultural product e-commerce industry, promoting the movement of agricultural products from villages to cities, and boosting the upgrading of the agricultural industry as well as increasing farmers' income. Despite achieving significant accomplishments, the development of agricultural product e-commerce still faces some problems such as fragile industrial foundation, ineffective integration of fundamental, secondary, and tertiary industries, as well as inadequate and unbalanced development. Based on these problems, it is necessary to increase investment in the industrial infrastructure of agricultural product e-commerce, strengthen the main players in this field, promote profound industrial integration, and explore regional support policies. These efforts will provide support for advancing agricultural and rural modernization and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.
