消费者在外就餐食物浪费严重,危及国家粮食安全和全球农业可持续发展,如何缓解餐饮食物浪费是社会各界关注的重点议题。国外学者已从多角度展开有关消费者在外就餐食物浪费行为干预的研究,提出系列干预对策对中国开展食物浪费治理工作具有借鉴意义。本文分析了国内外食物浪费现状和影响,梳理了国外餐饮消费者食物浪费行为干预行动并对其干预效果做出评估。研究发现,消费者在外就餐食物浪费具有普遍性和紧迫性,先行干预、结果干预和食物环境干预是减少消费者食物浪费行动中常用的干预对策。中国应借鉴发达国家消费者食物浪费治理的经验,广泛开展浪费行为干预研究以探讨符合国内消费者特点的干预对策,为相关部门政策制定和餐饮食物浪费干预行动提供丰富的实践经验和学术证据参照,助力推动全社会可持续消费模式构建和全球农业可持续发展。
