美国膳食指南的发展传播对中国食物消费引导的启示

摘要:

本文梳理了美国膳食指南的发展沿革与传播,勾勒出其发展过程中的理念变迁及不断修正的传播技术方法特点。研究发现,美国膳食指南的发展经历了对食物的简单分类模式、平衡模式、结构模式,现在形成统合考虑环境可持续发展与个体文化、生物等社会背景的整合模式。不同时期的膳食指南均立足当时最新的营养科学研究结论,以解决当时的主要营养健康问题为目的,体现出了鲜明的时代印记。食物营养科学知识与膳食指南的传播方式,不断朝着贴近大众、简单易操作的个性化方式改进,并关注消费者互动与传播实效。本文通过总结美国膳食指南传播的做法与经验,结合中国食物营养知识宣传推广的现实,提出对中国食物消费引导的启示。
