创业拼凑是农场主应对资源瓶颈的有效策略，也是家庭农场提升创业绩效的重要路径。本文基于资源基础理论和组织学习理论，利用湖南省325个家庭农场的调研数据，结合实证研究(层级回归)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)两种方法，探讨创业拼凑对家庭农场创业绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明，创业拼凑正向影响创业学习；创业学习正向影响家庭农场创业绩效；创业拼凑对家庭农场创业绩效有显著正向影响；创业学习在创业拼凑与家庭农场创业绩效关系中发挥中介作用；创业导向不仅负向调节了创业拼凑与创业学习之间的关系，还进一步负向调节了创业学习在创业拼凑与家庭农场创业绩效之间的中介效应；定性比较分析得出5条实现家庭农场高创业绩效的关键路径。研究成果有助于发现创业拼凑影响家庭农场创业绩效的内在机制和边界条件，为中国家庭农场创业提供理论参考和实践依据。
Abstract：Entrepreneurial bricolage is not only an effective strategy for farmers to deal with resource bottlenecks, but also an important path for family farms to improve entrepreneurial performance.Based on 325 valid questionnaires, resource-based theory and organizational learning theory, combined with empirical research(hierarchical regression) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA), this paper discusses the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage on entrepreneurial performance of family farms.The results show that entrepreneurial bricolage has a positive impact on entrepreneurial learning; entrepreneurial learning positively affects the entrepreneurial performance of family farms; entrepreneurial bricolage has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of family farms; entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance of family farm; entrepreneurial orientation not only regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial learning, but also further regulates the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial learning between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance of family farm.Through qualitative comparative analysis, five key paths to achieve high entrepreneurial performance of family farms are obtained.The research results of this paper help to find the internal mechanism and boundary conditions of entrepreneurial bricolage affecting the entrepreneurial performance of family farm, and provide theoretical reference and practical basis for family farm entrepreneurship in China.
